RAHMTÄFELI ( CARAMEL FUDGE)


  • I made some Rahmtäfeli with Nick today. It's real easy and tastes so yummy. This ain't a good idea for all you fat burners, but once in a while, what say? Ha ha.
  • Cook 100 gms of sugar with about a dl of water and make a light brown caramel sauce.
  • Add about 2,5 dl of cream to it and cook till the caramel dissolves. Add 400 gms of more sugar to it and another 2,5 dl of cream to the mixture and cook till it gets a little thick( 30 min approx).
  • Add 20-40 gms of butter to it. Mix it up and pour into a anti stick form. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 hours. Overturn from form and cut into squares or whatever form you'd like to have. Enjoy! I love this...Hee hee
  • This recipe makes 20 pieces.
