- My aunt always used to tell me to eat my vegis, so i could grow like a tree and not like a mushroom. Well if it wasn't for mushrooms.
- Keep it simple, clean your mushrooms, seperate and cut in eatable portions , still keeping them fairly big.
- Now Mushrooms loose a lot of liquid, so you'd like to do this real quick while frying. Chop some shallots and garlic.
- Heat a pan to hot, add some oil carefully and pour in those mushrooms. Fry decently, tossing now and then. Add your chopped shallots/garlic and toss together. Season with salt and pepper and some twigs of thyme. This whole procedure of frying, shouldn't take you more than 30 seconds.
- You could serve this with almost anything - to meat, pasta, risotto et cetera. i personally like to eat this, this dead simple with some nice crusty potato bread.
