SAY CHEESE


  • For 4 portions of Paneer, you need 12 litres of milk and 25 Tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar.
  • Bring your milk to the boil, Add the vinegar or lemon juice to it, mix well and let it curdle. Strain with a muslin cloth.
  • The whey should be squeezed out of all Liquid using the muslin cloth. Allow to cool for 24 hours in your refrigerator with a weight down on it, so you get one firm block, ready to be cut or grated. Use your www for the thousand recipes available with paneer.
