PUDDING AVEC FROMAGE BLANC ET GREENGAGE


  • One of those very easy desserts ever made by men. :-)
  • My chef brought some home made greengage puree with him, so this is kinda, a dual effort.
  • Soak 20-26 gms of gelatin in cold water
  • Beat 300- 370 gms of sugar with 1 ltr of cream till you get whipped cream
  • Add the whipped cream to 1 kg of Fromage blanc and mix thoroughly.
  • Liquidate your gelatin in a bain-marie and mix with the mixture above.
  • Add home made greengage puree or any other fruit puree which isn't very sweet, making that marble effect when mixing. Allow to cool for 2 hours.
  • This makes 8- 10 portions
