Cooking is all about feeling. Talent is a marked innate ability but without hardwork and patience, your gonna suffer. On the other hand it's not about creating a Picasso platter with hundreds of Michelin stars to your credit. It's about keeping it simple and making each ingredient taste like it should be.
i am gonna keep this simple. Life is too complicated and i hate the idea of getting branded with some stars like a cow.
On second thoughts i am a sucker for good looking food...ha ha.
