SIMPLY, FRIED TROUT


  • Well, don't overdo it, is the idea. Fish is so simple to make and so delicious. let it be, throw away all those extra seasonings you have, `cause you just want to taste fish.
  • Fresh trout, salt, whole lemon pepper, lemon juice, some wheat flour, butter and almonds
  • Get your fish clean, you could either use it whole or cut them into filets. Marinate it with salt, whole lemon pepper and lemon juice.( no worcestershire sauce, please! )
  • Dip lightly in some wheat flour and fry with some butter and olive oil for about a minute on both sides ( skin side first )
  • You could serve this dish with some roasted almond butter. Super!
