TIRAMISU BRÛLÉE


  • Simplicity to a real nice dessert.
  • You need lady fingers ( Sponge cakes ) sprinkled with some espresso and some ameretto.
  • To make the sweet topping you need 120 g of sugar, 160g of egg yolk, 500g of mascarpone, 3 dl whipped cream.
  • Whip the yolks and the sugar till you have a white thick creamy mixture, add the mascarpone to it and the whipped cream. Pour over the lady fingers, spread and even out and sprinkle with some cocoa powder. I like making it with some brown sugar instead of cocoa powder, sprinkled on top and then burnt under a salamander or with a gas torch. Yummy.
